Sweeky.com reserves the right to change or add to these terms and conditions of use. Any updates will be noted on the seller support page of this site as well as e-mailed to the registered address on file. Seller fee information can be found HERE. There is no cost to register as a seller.

By registering to list auction items on sweeky.com, you assert that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older on the day of registration.

You must register using a valid e-mail address and respond to all potential customer inquiries about your listings in a timely manner via the website messaging platform.

Physical, tangible items must be included on each sweeky.com listing. Digital, downloadable, or virtual access items may only be listed in addition to a physical item. Items must be legally owned by the registered seller.

You must fully and accurately describe your item and all terms of sale on the auction. All listings must contain at least one picture of the item for bidding/sale.

For auctions, you must not artificially inflate the price of your item by bidding on the item yourself or requesting friends to bid for you. If you accidentally bid on your own item, please contact support immediately and the incorrect bids will be removed.

If you receive at least one bid at or above your stated minimum or reserve price, you must complete the transaction with the highest bidder upon the auction’s payment.

You must conclude the sale with the highest bidder upon their payment within a reasonable amount of time. We expect all transactions between buyer and seller to be completed within one month.

You must provide a current and valid tracking number or receipt showing shipment has been tendered to your selected shipping service and is in the process of shipment, or has been delivered to the winner’s address when requested by a buyer or Sweeky Support, or your payout for such item may be delayed until winner verifies they have received the item. All items must be delivered in the condition as described and as pictured.

Sweeky.com reserves the right to terminate participation as a seller for any reason at any time.

If you violate any of these terms, your listings may be cancelled at our discretion. Multiple violations of these terms will result in a suspension or termination of your seller account.

All listed items must comply with the applicable requirements of Title 18 U.S.C., Section 2257.
